Treasure Island Mai Tai

1.5 oz Old St Pete Rum & Spice
.5 oz Blood Orange Juice
.5 oz Curacao
.5 oz Lime Juice
.75 oz Pomegranate Syrup
Pineapple & Cherry for Garnish
Mix all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake hard. Strain into your favorite tiki glass over regular or crushed ice and garnish with umbrella skewered through pineapple and cherry. Orchid for that extra tropical aesthetic. * To make pomegranate syrup, add 1 cup water to a small pan and bring to a boil. Add 1 cup granulated sugar, stirring until completely dissolved. Reduce heat, add pomegranate seeds. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Remove pan from heat and cool.
