Champagne & Kombucha must be chilled. Add all ingredients Champagne glass of your choice, topped with Champagne last. Stir gently. Garnish with lemon twist (just peel lemon rind and twist it to form a spiral; use our best friend google if help is required).
* To make pear syrup, add 1 cup water to a small pan and bring to a boil. Add 1 cup granulated sugar, stirring until completely dissolved. Reduce heat and add pear slices. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Remove pan from heat and cool.
